I bring nearly 30 years of real estate experience, helping buyers, sellers, and relocating clients navigate the process with clarity, confidence, and a proven strategy. I'm currently based in Northeastern Indiana, and I'll be relocating to Florida in 2027. In the meantime, I'm actively building and supporting agents across the state, traveling to Florida bi-monthly.

As the Florida State Leader for ADT Realty, I focus on developing productive, knowledgeable agents who want more than just transactions—they want a sustainable, long-term business built on relationships and doing things the right way. I provide hands-on mentorship, practical training, and real-world contract expertise to help agents strengthen their skills, think critically, and perform at a higher level.

I'm known for my direct communication style, strong contract knowledge, and commitment to accountability. I work closely with agents to implement proven systems, improve decision-making, and create consistency in their business. My approach is simple: equip agents with the tools, structure, and confidence they need to succeed—without creating dependency.

I'm passionate about helping agents grow into independent, capable professionals who can navigate any market and build a business they're proud of.

Outside of real estate, I'm a proud mother of two daughters, a stepmother to many, and the wife of a boat captain. I enjoy spending time on the water whenever I can.
